Q: Are your journals available in stores?

A: Currently, the only places to purchase a Minte Journal is through our web store or Amazon US. 

Q: How many pages does it have?

A: There are 76 predesigned pages (that include calendars for 2018 and 2019, monthly goals, monthly reflection and monthly gratitude, yearly resolutions list, habit and productivity trackers, movies and books lists, password list, monthly inspirational quotes) and 174 dot grid pages, total is 250 writing pages (125 sheets). 

Q: Does it have a weekly planner?

A: It has pages for monthly goals and reflections, but for the weekly planner you can do the spreads yourself on the dot grid pages! If you search for “bullet journal weekly spreads”, you can find many ideas! Look up "bullet journal" on Pinterest or Instagram and you'll see! It's actually very awesome and allows for a lot of personalization.

Q: What kind of binding is used for these notebooks? 

A: Minte notebooks have a book binding.

Q: How many dots are there per page? 

A: Minte journal has 27x39 dots per page with light grey dots 1/2sm apart.

Q: What kind of pen comes in package? 

A: It's a rose gold ballpoint pen with black ink.

Q: Is Minte Journal vegan friendly?

A: Yes! We use faux/synthetic leather to produce our journals.



Q: I received a defective journal. What do I do?

A: Each and every journal undergoes the Quality Control before being sent out to customers. However if for some reason you have received a damaged product, please contact us at contact@minte.store and attach the fotos and we will send you a replacement.  Please note that the used journals can't be replaced and returned. 

Q: How can I return the journal?

A: At the moment we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds (except for the defective items). 



Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship to almost all countries in the world! The use the DHL and E-packet couriers and provide a tracking number. 

Q: What's the shipping time?

A: The handling time is 1-2 business day (so if you place your order on Friday, your order won't ship until Monday which is the next business day). The average shipping time is 7-15 days depending on the country. 

Q: Can I make a change to my shipping address, email, or payment information?

Q: How much is the shipping?

A: To see the cost of shipping to your country, simply fill up your cart, enter your shipping address, and our automated shopping cart will give you the total.
